the staff were amiable and responsive hole time of my stay. the location was favourable and strategic as it was close to bars and restaurants. everything was modern and within 19 minutes' drive of juanda airport.

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was spacious and perfect. The room we had included television and an electric kettle. The location was favourable, adjacent to surabaya as well as the international airport. The food they offered was delicious, had a wide array of meals.

Appreciated Surabaya, the hotel was luxury and nice close to city centre. The staff that we encountered were amazingly friendly. The breakfast was tasty - a great selection of dishes. It had particularly good and strategic location a few steps away from Vous Spa. Everything was simply perfect.

My recent stay at Royal Tulip was wonderful. The hotel had a very interesting concept with the room service, where I had a smartphone to access all the necessary information and order anything I needed. The room was flawlessly modern and comfortable, with a smart TV and Netflix. The staff were quick and helpful, especially when I had an issue with the bathroom window. They added extra tape for privacy, showing their attentiveness to guest needs. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The sophisticated smartphone provided in every room made my stay at this hotel even more luxurious. The room was comfortable and perfect for a romantic getaway. The exclusive amenities like in-room breakfast and Grand Kitchen made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and quick to address any minor issues.

While the overall design of the hotel was excellent, it was a bit odd that there was no bar or alcohol on site. However, this ended up forcing us to explore the neighbourhood and try out some local bars.

The food served at the restaurant was just not good enough. It was quite a bit more expensive than the food outside the hotel, but it simply didn’t taste very good.
